Please note that in the event of such an objection, the use of the website and the services offered through it may be limited or no longer possible.
2. Scope and purposes of processing
2.1 Access to and use of the website
Each time the website is accessed, usage data is transmitted by your browser and stored in server log files. The data records stored include:
- Date and time of access
- Name of the page accessed
- IP address
- Referrer URL (origin URL)
- Volume of data transferred
- Product and version information of the browser used
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. The data is processed to provide the website, analyse errors, manage server capacity and improve the offering. Your IP address is deleted or anonymised after the end of use.
2.2 Contact form and one-click e-mail
To contact the operator, a contact form is provided. Mandatory fields: name, e-mail address, message. Optional: telephone. The "one-click e-mail" function opens a pre-addressed e-mail in your mail client; the sender address is set automatically.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data is deleted after expiry of statutory retention periods unless there is a legitimate interest in further storage.
2.3 Advertising
We use your data for advertising purposes on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. As an existing customer you may receive product recommendations by e-mail relating to services already booked. The legal basis for direct marketing is § 7 (3) UWG (German Act against Unfair Competition). You may object to such use at any time without incurring costs other than the transmission costs at base rates — a notification in text form to the operator suffices, and every advertising e-mail contains an unsubscribe link.
2.4 Cookies
We use cookies — small data packets stored in your browser. They allow the website to recognise your browser, follow your activities within the website and personalise content. We use:
- Session cookies — automatically deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent cookies — typically with a lifetime of up to 20 days.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. If you do not accept cookies or delete already set cookies, this may lead to functional restrictions of the website.
2.5 Use of Google Analytics
We use the web analysis service Google Analytics by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It uses cookies to record information on your operating system, browser, IP address, the previously accessed website as well as date and time of your visit. This information is transmitted to a Google server in Ireland and stored there; transfer to the USA may occur.
Further information: Google Privacy · Third-country transfer. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).
2.6 Google Maps
We use the map service Google Maps by Google Ireland Limited to display interactive maps and route information. When using the service, information about website usage (incl. date, time, IP address) is transmitted to and stored on Google servers; transfer to the USA may occur. If you are logged into your Google account, your usage may be linked to your account — log out before use to prevent this. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Disabling JavaScript in your browser prevents Google Maps from running.
